The calculation is based on the geometry, the number of steps and haunches. For a given height, the program is able to propose the dimensions of the steps. Guidelines for steps and safety are taken into consideration.

Support / pedestals
For the support of the flight of stairs you can choose between the following types:
- rigid support of the pedestal,
- hinged support with console,
- hinged support without console.
Loading
A permanent load G and mobile load P can be applied independently on the flight and landing.
Output
The output contains all system values, the static system and the geometric design of the flight of stairs.
The reactions, the characteristic as well as the design values, are listed separately according to permanent and mobile loads. Also the combined reactions are represented. The results are always displayed in m width.
The Frilo input-concept
The Frilo input-concept allows you to enter or modify values in the graphic representation and/or in the numerical dialogue.
These modifications will automatically update the results in real time. Especially when modifying this approach brings great advantage when only a few values need to be changed.
During the concept phase it makes sense to go through all of the input-fields one-by-one.
However when entering values continuously it is very practical if you only need to change a particular value and immediately see the result.
