Terms
Your orders are sent to us via a Secure Page on our web site and transferred to our Order Department using SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that others cannot hack into your credit card details or obtain any other personal information from our order form. The 'Secure Server' has been certified. We will keep customer information safe and secure and will not distribute or sell this information to any third party.

Shipping
In general shipping is free and all orders will be transported via a courrier service or delivered electronically. The only exception are physical items such as books. However for these you can choose shipment via postal services (slower and cheaper).

Receipts and Bills
You will receive a confirmation email of your order when it is submitted stating the purchased products, amounts, shipping and taxes. You will also receive an invoice, either with the goods when they are delivered or by separate mail.

Refunds and Guarantees
In the event that your purchase is the not suitable you can ask for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) at shop@scia-online.com. You can than return it to us in its original packaging and labels, within 14 days after shipping date, for a replacement or total refund. All refunds will be given as soon as possible, taking into account the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Books can not be returned.

Complaints, Faulty Goods and Customer Service
